The border we draw between the animate and inanimate world is the subject of this work.
I am lying in the ground for a long time, trying to become a part of it. As my body temperature drops over time, the soil dries slowly. My calm breath moves the earth above me, causing a constant flow of tiny cracks and avalanches.
In the video, the earth itself appears to be breathing. This image is overlayed with the soft breath-like sound of an home organ, which slowly emerges to an uncanny melody.
In the end I get up and exit the image, leaving only an empty cavity behind.
